Treat the Frontal, Sphenoid & Maxillary Sinuses

• The XprESS tool empowers ENTs with the ability to access the desired sinus space and position the XprESS device based on their preferred approach and confirmation method, either direct visualization with endoscope, or compatible illuminating guidance.
• Inflation of the balloon requires only a single depression of the inflation device handle.
• Dilation remodels the bony sinus outflow tract by displacement of adjacent bone and paranasal sinus structures.

Indications for Use: To access and treat the frontal recesses, sphenoid sinus ostia, and maxillary sinus ostia/ethmoid infundibula in adults using a trans-nasal approach. The bony sinus outflow tracts are remodeled by balloon displacement of adjacent bone and paranasal sinus structures.
