The Entellus PathAssist Light Fiber is the newest addition to the Entellus PathAssist tool family. It can be used with compatible devices to provide an economical option for physicians who want transcutaneous illumination to confirm location of the sinus.

Designed for use with the XprESS Multi-Sinus Dilation Tool - or any compatible device.

Ideal for in-office or OR use, the Entellus Light Fiber may be used as a replacement or in addition to IGS or Fluoroscopy. For added convenience, the device has an ACMI connection and can easily be connected to Wolf or Storz Light Cables with adaptors.

When used with the Entellus XprESS Multi-Sinus Dilation Tool, the Light Fiber enables balloon inflation with transcutaneous light confirmation of tool position. After dilation, simply deflate the balloon and remove the Light Fiber from the XprESS device to resume suction or irrigation.

PathAssist Light Fiber Indications for Use:
To locate, illuminate within, and transilluminate across nasal and sinus structures in adults aged 18 and over. Please see the Instructions for Use for a complete listing of contraindications, warnings, precautions, and adverse events on the "Product Info" tab.

XprESS Indications for Use:
To access and treat the frontal recesses, sphenoid sinus ostia, and maxillary sinus ostia/ethmoid infundibula in adults using a trans-nasal approach. The bony sinus outflow tracts are remodeled by balloon displacement of adjacent bone and paranasal sinus structures.
