Brian E. Farley is President and CEO of Entellus Medical, Inc. He was the President and CEO of VNUS® Medical Technologies, Inc. beginning in 1995 as the first employee and ending in 2009 when VNUS was acquired by Covidien for over $500 million. Mr. Farley previously held various management and executive positions in research and development, clinical research and business development at Guidant Corporation, and in the medical device division of Eli Lilly & Co.

He brings 22 years of experience to Entellus Medical, including medical device engineering, technical consulting, product creation and intellectual property.  Mr. Keith previously worked at SCIMED/Boston Scientific, TeraMed, Myocor, Coaxia, Aetherworks and Velocimed.

(now Zimmer, Inc.) and CIMA Labs, Inc. (now Cephalon, Inc.).

Margaret Boiano is the Vice President of Healthcare Policy and Reimbursement for Entellus Medical, Inc.  She brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to her role including areas of health economics, cost-effectiveness, reimbursement and medical coverage policy in both the US and global markets. Ms. Boiano previously held various management positions at Covidien Vascular Therapies/VNUS Medical Technologies Inc., Sleep Solutions, Lifewatch and Matria Healthcare Inc.

Jim Surek is the Vice President of Sales for Entellus medical, Inc. He brings 17 years of diverse medical device experience in sales and sales management. Jim has been involved with building regional to national sales teams for Medtronic and startup medical device company Advanced Bionics that led to two successful acquisitions by Boston Scientific and Sonova Medical.
